Hi, I’m Partha Pratim Kalita, better known as Coach Paul, by my coachee and clients from divergent settings. Not long ago, I too was stuck in a very wide gap between my career and finding my Passion. I surfed a lot both psychologically and socially as nothing, literally nothing interested me beyond a certain interval of time. In my total career of 10 years, I didn’t only change jobs but also jumped from one industry to another, in search of job satisfaction. Sounds Crazy to you? Hold on! Here’s more!

Here’s a little snap about me. I worked as a service provider for a tech giant, I have also been a hotelier, a hospitality trainer, a salesman and even a food delivery agent. I tried my hands on small to medium-scale businesses but failed miserably, took advice and suggestions from family and friends, yet failed to understand what makes me content and happy. All these failures gradually challenged my confidence and as a result, I went through an unplanned sabbatical for almost more than a year.

And finally, it was the year 2020, when I removed all the delusions about myself and I got full awareness of my Patterns which got repeated through me at a subconscious level all these years. Yes, you guess that right! Coaching helped me understand myself, made me aware of myself and my patterns, helped me figure out my Passion and purpose and much more without hindering my traits & personality.

Well, if you are pondering what help could I get you, think again. Itz actually what help you actually could give yourself. Confused? Don’t be! Let me break down my last statement for you. Well, I believe in fact that I am in no position to advise or suggest you anything on both your personal and professional front. It’s not that we don’t know each other personally or professionally, but the fact that your total life experiences until now are almost equivalent to your physical age and that which could not be understood, comprehended and analyzed by me in just a couple of sessions over a few months. I strongly believe that everyone’s life and all our issues are just like pieces of an unsolved puzzle game. The more we try to arrange them accordingly, the more we get a distorted picture every time! My job as a coach is to help you analyze and comprehend the individual pieces of your puzzle and ask relevant questions to you regarding the intentions of you picking up and choosing to put those pieces in the unfinished puzzle while trying to make the complete picture and win the game!

Let me provide an easy example to you to finally prove my point. Think of your Life & Career as “The Car” that you are already driving until now. Since you are driving the car so the steering should only be manoeuvred by you right? So, assuming that your “career decision” is the steering of the car while I sit in Infront with you as the co-driver. Now, since the steering, the gear, the brakes, the headlights, the indicators, etc are all under your control, so you would control the overall manoeuvre of the car, right? It’s completely your choice whether you want to accelerate or deaccelerate the car, switch on the lights or turn them off and most importantly, you want to turn the car right or left or go straight. My job as the Coach is to analyze your driving style at each point in time and ask you relevant thought-provoking questions to make you most aware of the choice of turning the car right or left or even when you choose to move straight.
